• Ensure the vehicle is safely stopped with the power switch in the ON position. Within 4 seconds of the protection function activating, continuously operate the power window switch in the one-touch closing (or opening) direction to restore normal function.
• If the window still doesn’t operate properly, perform a function initialization using this sequence:
  1. Turn the power switch to ON.
  2. Press and hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing direction until the side window is completely closed.
  3. Release the switch briefly, then resume pressing in the one-touch closing direction for approximately 6 seconds or more.
  4. Press and hold the switch in the one-touch opening direction until the window is fully open; continue holding for an additional second or more.
  5. Release the switch momentarily, then press in the one-touch opening direction again and hold for roughly 4 seconds or more.
  6. Finally, press and hold the switch in the one-touch closing direction once more. After the window is completely closed, maintain the pressure for an extra second or more.
• If the switch is released while the window is moving, you must restart the sequence from the beginning. Should the window reverse or fail to fully open or close after these procedures, have the vehicle inspected by your dealer immediately.

ADDITIONAL POWER WINDOW FUNCTIONS

• Door Lock Linked Operation: The power windows can also be operated using a mechanical key or wireless remote control. Note that using the door lock linked operation while the alarm is set may trigger the alarm. These settings can be customized by your dealer.
• Power Window Open Reminder: When the power switch is turned to OFF and the driver's door opens while the windows are still open, a buzzer sounds and a message appears on the multi-information display to alert you.
• Speech Command Operation: For added convenience, the power windows can be controlled via the speech command system.
